- If we can’t beat their Loan Estimate by $100 or more, send us your final, signed Closing Disclosure within 15 business days of closing.
- The Closing Disclosure must match the original Loan Estimate submitted.
The offer is not valid if:
- You are refinancing.

- The competing Loan Estimate changes before closing.
- The other offer includes down payment assistance not available through NewCastle.
