This Privacy Policy explains the practices of NewCastle Home Loans, LLC on how we collect, use, disclose, and secure your personal information in connection with our website newcastle.loans, and your home mortgage, including your online mortgage. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we collect from you and third parties online and offline but does not apply to any personal information collected by third parties.

NewCastle Home Loans does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law. Email

Email is an important communication channel but not a secure channel for transmitting confidential information.  We do not send sensitive information using email and encourage our customers to follow the same practice. When you provide your email address, we will send you general notices or important news about your account, request your feedback or opinions, and provide updates on special deals and offers that might interest you. We believe you should be able to choose what kind of information you receive via email.
